Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Elegant Genuine Leather. As we deal in customized products such as sofas, car seat covers, and bean bags, our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

1. No Refund on Customized Orders
  • Most of our products are made-to-order based on your specifications.

  • Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

 
2. Eligible Refunds

We only offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged during delivery

  • Product has a manufacturing defect

  • Wrong product delivered

 
3. Reporting an Issue
  • You must report any issue within 24hours of delivery.

  • Please share clear photos/videos as proof.

  • Complaints reported after this period may not be accepted.

 
4. Refund Process
  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will:

    • Offer a replacement, or

    • Process a refund (if replacement is not possible)

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.

 
5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation

  • Minor color or design variations (due to customization or screen differences)

  • Incorrect measurements/details provided by the customer

 
6. Cancellation Policy
  • Orders can only be canceled before production begins.

  • Once customization starts, cancellation is not allowed.
